What data this covers

When you message or comment on the Langel Boutique Facebook Page or Instagram account, our in-house system "Langel Chat" receives from Meta your messages and comments, your name (Facebook) or username (Instagram), your page-scoped ID, and which post you commented on. You can ask us to delete this data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send a message saying "Delete my data" to the Langel Boutique Facebook Page or Instagram account.
2. If you contacted us on both Facebook and Instagram, let us know so we can delete everything.
3. We will delete your messages, comments, name and ID from our systems within 30 days and confirm to you when it is done.

Your public comments

Comments you posted on our Facebook or Instagram posts stay on Facebook/Instagram until you delete them. You can delete your own comment at any time on Facebook or Instagram, or ask us to remove it from our post.
